First we will visit and assess your chosen venue; we will advise on any technical considerations along with the practicalities imposed by the venue's size, shape and configuration. From our substantial stocks we will recommend the right size and type of conference set & stage for the venue and numbers of delegates attending. We then produce a floor plan and a visual of the set in your company colours to show how it will look and fit in the room.
You will be allocated a production manager to oversee the project, he will organise all the technical support you need and will co-ordinate the rest of our technical crew to make sure everything runs perfectly on the day.
